Blue Federal Credit Union hired Action Signs and Banners to complete a series of branding and installation projects aimed at enhancing their in-branch experience. As part of a four-person team consisting of myself (Lead Designer and Brand Manager), the CEO, the installation lead, and the print lead, we worked collaboratively to execute projects such as ticket scanner wraps, signage, and vinyl installations. These projects improved brand consistency and contributed to increased client retention, higher customer satisfaction, and a more efficient installation process.

A B O U T   T H E   T E A M

Throughout my time at Action Signs and Banners, I communicated with a large cross-functional team of over 12 people to ensure smooth workflows, streamlined processes, and brand alignment. One of the main clients I worked with as the Lead Project Designer was Blue Federal Credit Union. I consistently maintained a strong relationship with the team leads and managers at Blue to ensure their needs and expectations were met while updating them throughout the process of each project.

Through communication, customer service, prompt delivery, and exceeding expectations I helped the Action Signs team build and maintain their customer satisfaction and retention ratings by over 15% in the first month.

design process

Collaboration: As part of a five-member design team, I contributed to the conceptualization and execution of designs for ticket scanner wraps, signage, and vinyl installations. We worked closely to ensure that our designs reflected Blue Federal Credit Union’s brand values while being functional and visually appealing.

Ticket Scanner Wraps: Our team redesigned and streamlined the production process for the ticket scanner wraps. Initially, the installation of a single ticket scanner wrap took one hour, which we optimized to complete 10 ticket scanners within the same one-hour timeframe. This significant time reduction allowed for faster installations without compromising quality.

Signage & Vinyl Installations: I also contributed to the design and execution of custom signage and large vinyl installations, which were strategically placed to enhance brand visibility and guide customers through the credit union’s spaces.
